Hello=
Kristine:

Thank you =
for your kind words.

I am aware of the situation in =
Trinidad. This was already the theme last year at the =
DLIC.
Actually I was the person who facilitated the attendance of =
President Felipe Calder=C3=B3n to the DLIC 2016 in such a short notice =
to give the conference a boost. He is a very close friend and I believe =
was the right person to provide an insight to Trinidad and Tobago, on =
how it is possible to overcome recession, being the key to get the =
public and private sector to work in synchronicity. Mexico went trough =
this under his presidency.
I hope in the future I can meet you in person.
Cheers

Carlos,

Thank you for your note. =
This is a very unfortunate turn of events.  I was not aware =
of the outstanding payments and the failure to comply in a timely =
manner.
We in =
Trinidad & Tobago are having severe problems accessing foreign =
exchange as the TT dollar is overvalued and in very scarce supply. =
This situation has worsened in the last few months.  It also =
doesn=E2=80=99t help that we are in the throes of a recession, so that =
it is not politically expedient for the politicians to devalue. =

That =

I wish you all the best in your future =
endeavours.
Regards,
Kristine

Hello Mrs. Kristen

I am Carlos Dieter, =
owner of Stedica. My company has been in charge for the the digital =
marketing, web services, emarketing, social media, help desk, digital =
assets monitoring, site security and backups and sites development for =
the Arthur Lok Jack GSB for the last 6 years.
I recently gave notice =
to The Lok Jack GSB on October 16, by courier service that the school =
was in breach of contract of clause 10, hence given the school 30 days =
notice to pay the full amount due to me. Many invoices were more than =
120 days past due. My contract was to expire on November 30th, =
2018.
Apparently=
my legal notice was not taken seriously and whoever handled the =
situation of my pending invoices on the Lok Jack GSB =
side,
did not consider the risk and implications this notice =
had, by handling it the way they did. I have always complied with the =
contractual obligations as requested and in a timely manner with the =
various departments I interacted with in the School.
Unfortunately the 30 =
days notice was due yesterday on November 16th, 2017, date when The =
Arthur Lok Jack GSB again did not comply and thus breached the contract =
for a second time, sending a signal of disrespect and unprofessionalism =
towards me and my Company.
In consequence, I was forced to take all Lok Jack GSB sites =
offline until full payment of all my outstanding invoices is =
received.
I =
write this email to you as a courtesy to bring you up to speed on this =
matter, since I believe you are the Acting Executive Director of The =
Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, and thus you are entitled =
to know the reasons behind the current situation.
I would have hoped my introduction =
could have been under more favorable circumstances. I thank you for the =
opportunity to work along with the School for the last 6 =
years.
Sincerely…
